1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days for stock items.

For custom orders (printing, logo, bespoke sizes), production time is typically 7–20 business days depending on quantity and complexity.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days (door-to-door) — recommended for samples and small orders.

Air Freight: 5–12 business days (port or airport) — for medium orders.

Sea Freight: 20–45 calendar days (port-to-port) — cost-effective for bulk orders.

Courier + Local Delivery: final-mile time depends on local carrier.
Note: Estimated transit times vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier; these are typical ranges, not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.

For bulk orders we provide freight quotes (FOB / CIF / DDP) upon request.

Samples: We can offer sample shipping at cost or with discounted freight; contact sales for a quote.
4. Incoterms & Commercial Terms
We support common Incoterms: EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP. Please specify your preferred Incoterm when requesting a quote.

EXW: Buyer arranges pickup and export.

FOB: Seller delivers goods to vessel; buyer arranges ocean freight from port.

CIF: Seller pays cost, insurance and freight to destination port.

DDP: Seller delivers goods to buyer’s door and handles duties/taxes (higher cost).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is selected.

Customs clearance time can vary; delays due to customs inspections are beyond our control.

We provide commercial invoices and packing lists to assist customs clearance.
6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or shortages within 7 days.

Provide photos and order number; we will evaluate and respond within 48 hours.

If the issue is due to our error (damage in transit from our side, wrong item), we will arrange replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.
7. International Shipping Notes

Some restricted materials or printed text (e.g., food claims) may require certificates (FDA, EU regulations). Please advise if your product needs specific compliance.

For sensitive or high-value shipments we recommend insurance — we can arrange cargo insurance upon request.
8. Expedited & Sample Shipments

Expedited production and shipping are available for an additional fee — contact sales for lead time and cost.

Sample orders are normally shipped by express and take 3–7 business days (depending on destination).
9. Tracking & Notifications

Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order ships.

If your tracking number shows no movement for an extended time, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
